RETURNS & REFUNDS FAQs
Our shipping practices are superb and we package well above industry standards. However, if for any reason you will need to return the item and request a return, please do communicate with us so we can work something out. Please retain the original packaging if you would like to return the item!
For your convenience, we will provide shipping labels free of charge if the return request is approved. However, there are some countries for which we cannot provide shipping labels due to local laws. Please contact us in advance for more information.
If you selected the option, your product will be covered by a free Transit Shipping Insurance. Please note that Insurance only covers for physical damage of the main musical Instrument only. Insurance is not applicable for case or box. Please report about damages to us as soon as possible giving full details of the defect(s). Please allow us duration of 24 hours to respond and we assure you that you issue will be solved satisfactorily.
