When will my item be shipped?
Most items bought from this store are shipped within 24 hours. Within this time-frame, you will receive an email from us displaying your item's tracking number.
How do you ship?
We ship via the reputed delivery companies FedEx, DHL and/or UPS.
How do you package safely?
We package above and beyond the required safe packaging standards. Our products have rarely been delivered damaged in the 13 years we have been in this business. However, if you were to receive a damaged item, please contact us and we will make sure that we resolve your problem.
What is the transit time for an item?
All of our items reach the customer in 1-8 business days, depending on distance from our shop, however if you purchased Expedited Shipping, it will arrive within 3 business days.
Where is my item shipped from?
We have warehouses in New York and India. We ship most of our items from New York unless the order is special in which case it is shipped from India direct to the buyer. Depending on the availability of the item, we can ship the order from any of these locations.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Our packaging is superb and your item will most likely be received in perfect condition. However, if the circumstances arise, please communicate with us and we will take full responsibility and work out a solution for you. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU ARE ONLY ELIGIBLE FOR PARTIAL REFUNDS IF YOU BOUGHT THE ITEM WITH INSURANCE.
List of countries where you ship?
We ship to almost every corner of the planet! We have some countries which we cannot ship to; if you make a purchase and the address is located in one of those countries, we will contact you and give you a full refund.
What about Custom Duties, VAT or Import Duties?
Here at "Mindra's Harmonium Sales & Repairs" we strive to make purchasing harmoniums as hassle free as possible. For your convenience, we will take care of all extra charges associated with getting the instrument to your location.
How do I find out the shipping charges to my location?
You can find the cost of shipping to your location by contacting us and providing your harmonium selection and your address. We do not ship with the USPS.
Do you offer a referral discount?
Yes we do! We will give a 20% discount on the shipping & handling charges as a thank you for purchasing with us. In order to be eligible, we will need the referrer to send us an email with the referee's name.
